Abstract The 21st-century educational landscape necessitates a transformative shift in how mathematics is taught and learned, especially within teacher education programs. This paper explores the integration of technology-enhanced approaches and innovative instructional delivery methods to improve the quality of mathematics education for pre-service teachers. The study emphasizes the role of emerging technologies such as digital simulations, virtual classrooms, intelligent tutoring systems, and AI-based learning analytics. A comprehensive literature review reveals significant gains in student engagement, conceptual understanding, and pedagogical efficacy when technology is meaningfully incorporated. The paper concludes with recommendations for teacher education institutions to adopt technology-enhanced methodologies that align with contemporary educational demands.
